Harvest window

Water
Water is drawn from secured supply and treated and monitored to specification before fertigation. Water quality is managed as a pharmaceutical input, with sampling and trending, not as a farm utility.

Gauteng has an established pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing sector, and with it qualified persons, QA professionals, analytical chemists and GMP-trained operators. Very few cannabis-producing regions can hire GMP experience locally. Pretoria can.
